Piston

We manufacture a wide range Piston of any make and size. Our scope includes Piston of MOC –Alloys and Cast Iron. All our manufacturing is based on the specific mechanical drawing of the material toensure high accuracy. Hi-Tech Piston's shall give you the following benefits :

Piston Rod

Hi-Tech Piston Rods are made of forged steel only and it undergoes a set of various exhaustive services for quality assurance checks including Raw Material Analysis, Hardness and Surface finish with Machine or Roll Threaded, Induction Hardening, etc. We manufacture Rods for both Lubricated and Non-Lubricated Compressors. Our Rods have the following features :

Ptfe Products

Hi-Tech offers a wide range of Polytetrafluoroethylene products likeSealing Ring, Rider Ring, Piston Ring, Bearing Ring, Scrapper Rings, Gland Packing Rings, Packing Rings, etc. All the materials are manufactured from Cast Iron, Bronze and Carbon filled PTFE. We ensure optimum effciency of the rings and it is duly tested on mandrel as per the cylinder bore to ensure accuracy of the same.

Cylinder

We offer cylinders from graded cast iron and alloy with greater wall thickness and large cooling area to facilitate optimum heat exchangers. All cylinders are subject to hydrostatic tests. Honing is done on the surface to minimize the wear and tear of the piston rings.

Valve Plates

We offer a wide range of valve plates, damper plates and Spring Plates made from Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, Virgin Peek and VictexPeek 450g as per your requirement and use. The plates are hardened, ground and lapped on automatic machines to achieve 100%
flatness and sealing .i.e. 8-10 microns. All our plates are checked on seats after assembly for 100% leak proof service. Some of our main features are :

Valve Assembly

Valves are considered as the heart of a compressor and its life is very crucial for the compressor. We offer the following type of valves for any compressor : Disc valves, Channel valves, Ring valves, Poppet valves, Non-Return Valves We manufacture valves for High Pressure applications also. Our valves can sustain working pressure up to 250 kg/cm2. Hi-Tech Valves used in compressor results in better efficiency of the compressor and 10-15% reduction in power consumption

Oring& Gasket

Hi-Tech offers O rings made from Neoprene, Nitrile and Viton material as per the client specification. All types of Gaskets are manufacturedby us against the sizes provided to us whether it be of Stainless Steel or Aluminum. The materials are made with perfection so that it prevents any passing of air or fluid.

Heat Exchanger

A heat exchanger is a system used to transfer heat between two or more fluids. Heat Exchangers are used in both cooling and heating processes. The fluids may be separated by a solid wall to prevent mixing or they may be in direct contact. They are widely used in space heating, refrigeration, air conditioning, power stations, chemical plants, petrochemical plants, petroleum refineries, natural-gas processing and sewage treatment. Hi-Tech manufactures Heat Exchangers against the drawing which has to be developed by the client. We also provide Raw material test certificate for client reference. With the growing needs for Oil cooler, After cooler and other heat exchanger spares required in screw compressor we have expanded our reach in that sector also. We currently manufacture all the Oil and After coolers required in the screw compressor of the Make of compressor we offer. All these are supplied against the part number as we have the drawing for these compressor. These are made from 100% copper tubes or Stainless Tubes as the case maybe so that our product can provide you maximum effieciency.
