Screw Air Compressor

Rotary screw air compressors are simply rotary positive displacement machines capable of high-speed operation over a wide range of operating pressures and flow rates at high eciencies. In screw air compressors, there are no valves or other mechanical forces that can cause unbalance. This allows a compressor to operate at high speeds while combining a large flow rate with small exterior dimensions. Air/Oil Filter

It is imperative for the compressors to be mounted with air filters to get rid of the impurities of the environment. Hi-Tech provides high quality air filter which is capable of removing 97% of the pollutants which ranges in size from 1 Micron or larger. Air Filters offered by Hi-Tech have high efficiency and cause minimum drop in pressure. Oil filters of a particular screw compressor prevent solid particles from damaging the rotors and bearings. The filter specifically prevents the compressor being damaged by an insufficient supply of oil. Hi-Tech has achieved the niche in developing oil filter with drain and pressure relief valves. The oil filters are interchangeable and provides shield for the variable equipment's of the compressor.

Air-Oil Seperators

Separators maintain the quality of the discharge of the air and helps in preventing oil loss. The separator is utilized for visual monitoring as well. The residual oil which is being utilized by the compressor is channeled through the air oil separator unit.

Hi-Tech offers a full line of air-oil separators which include horizontally and vertically mounted separators, in-to-out as well as out-to-in separators having pressure differences up to 7 bar. The amount of oil left in the compressed air is 1-2 ppm given normal loading and working pressure for vertically mounted applications. For horizontal applications, where the pressure drop is greater, the design is different requiring special elements which achieve 3-5 ppm under normal conditions efficiency.

Compressor Lubricants

Hi-Tech offers a wide range of lubricants for both Screw and Reciprocating Compressor. We offer 100% replacement oil which will not affect any part of the compressor including the screw element. We guarantee the life of the Oil for a minimum of 6000hrs and more depending upon the type of the oil.

Valve and other kits

Hi-Tech offers a variety of the valves and valve kits which help reduction of the failure and malfunction, keeping the system fit to run at desired level of efficiency without much of maintenance. The valves are available at variable sizes and variants. The interval and drain time duration can be manipulated as per the user requirement. Different Valves which are available at Hi-Tech includes :

Couplings

The requirements of the drive are met either by a powerful electric motor, which is connected with the compressor via a coupling or by a combustion or gas-powered engine, which is coupled to the compressor via a coupling and gearbox. This is independent of whether the compressor is a reciprocating one, a screw-type one or a rotary compressor. The most important functions of the coupling are: Balancing the offset between the prime mover and the machine that is being driven, torque transmission and minimization of torsional vibrations.

However, being in aftermarket, our prices tend to be lower when compared with OEM. We also offer repairing services of controllers whether or not purchased from us. With a nominal cost, our clients get an extended life on the controllers.
